Dana Koster is the author of the poetry collection Binary Stars (Carolina Wren Press 2017). She earned degrees from UC Berkeley and Cornell University and was a Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford. At Tri-Chromatic Gallery, she hosts The Writer's Studio Reading Series, which brings writers from all over the country to Modesto for a free public conversation and reading. With her partner Chelsea America, she also creates the art/text project Broad Sides (https://www.instagram.com/broad.sides). Her poems have appeared in EPOCH, Indiana Review, Southern Humanities Review, The Cincinnati Review, MUZZLE, Thrush Poetry Journal, Radar Poetry and many others. She lives in Modesto, California with her husband and two sons, where she works as a wedding photographer.
