Tri-Chromatic Monthly Paint Class: Roy Lichtenstein


Roy Lichtenstein was an American pop artist alongside such famous figures as Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns and James Rosenquist. Using comic strip imagery and tongue-in-cheek humor, Lichtenstein defined pop art through parody.

Students will learn about the history Roy Lichtenstein and his role in American Pop Art. Using Lichtenstein's painting style, students will create comic strip like imagery and personal text to make their very own Lichtenstein painting.

All materials and refreshments included $35/pay at the door
