Her poetry, dancing upon the shore,
Her soul in division from itself,
Climbing, falling, She knew not where,
Hiding amid the cargo of a steamship,
Her knee-cap broken, that girl I declare
A beautiful lofty thing, or a thing
Heroically lost, heroically found.
No matter what disaster occurred
She stood in desperate music wound,
Wound, wound, and she made in her triumph
Where the bales and the baskets lay
No common intelligible sound
But sang, 'O sea-starved, hungry sea.
William Butler Yeats

Curated by Zodiac Gallery:
Zodiac Gallery is a creative collective led by local artist Dustin Carpenter. After teaching abroad, creating in multiple genres on multiple instruments became second nature. Applying intense focus created opportunities for physical releases of composed albums on independent record labels, a chance to play SXSW in 2012, residency for sound therapy in NY & LA, collaboration with Alex Grey, as well as many curated shows and Juxtapoz festivals. Most recently performing a live audio/visual project on Public Access TV for Santa Cruz. Zodiac Gallery is propelled by the realization of further audio/visual albums and collaborations with future contributors.
